This privacy policy (Privacy Policy) will help you understand the information we collect at Jus Bee, why we collect it, how Jus Bee uses it, including if and how we share the information with third parties, and the choices you have.
All references to “we”, “our” or “us” in this Privacy Policy are references to Jus Bee and those to “you” are references to the User.
By using our Website, mobile application, and our other online products and services (Jus Bee Platform or Platform) and providing your data to Jus Bee, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, for your use of the Jus Bee Platform. This Privacy Policy may be modified by Jus Bee from time to time in its sole discretion, and any modifications shall be made effective and binding upon you through posting by Jus Bee on its Platform.
By mere use of the Jus Bee Platform, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms in this Privacy Policy would have their meaning as set out under the Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms and Conditions. Your privacy is critically important to us. At Jus Bee we have a few fundamental principles:
• We don’t ask you for any personal information unless we truly need it.
• We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
• We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

Website Visitors

  1. Non Personally Identifying Information
    Like most website and mobile application operators, Jus Bee may collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, general location (city, state, country, IP Address etc.), referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Jus Bee’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to understand and verify availability of support for a specific location or country and to better understand how Jus Bee’s visitors use its Platform.
  2. Personally Identifying Information
    Information We Collect
    Certain visitors to Jus Bee’s Platform choose to interact with Jus Bee in ways that require Jus Bee to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Jus Bee gathers depends on the nature of the interaction.
    Those who engage in specific transactions with Jus Bee are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Jus Bee collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Jus Bee and as needed to fulfill regulatory requirements such as country of origin and payment, address etc. if needed by the payment processor on their website and then shared with us.
    Jus Bee may store potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for users only to avoid system abuse such as malicious attacks and bounced emails.
    Jus Bee does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
    When do we collect information
    We will record personal information when you:
    • Register on the app;
    • ask us to send calendar basedreminders through the app;
    • provide us with services including creating content for the app;
    • send us a message;
    • ask us to provide you with the services – including as client, online or by phone;
    • make a comment on a Jus Bee’s website or the app;
    • make a donation;
    • ask to receive newsletters/updates, if applicable;
    • ask to obtain resources such as promotional materials, if applicable;
    • send us feedback or complete a feedback form;
    • provide a specific submission to the site (eg. stories, tips, art work, question etc.), if applicable;
    • participate in a publicity photo shoot or other audio visual, if applicable;
    • apply for a job with us.
    Usage of Collected Information
    Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
    • To confirm your identity and vet any information (including any Private Information) provided by you – We collect this in order to ensure that you are eligible to use the Platform and to protect you and us from fraud or other misconduct.
    • To correspond with you – Jus Bee may need to send administrative information to you, including information regarding the Platform and changes to our terms, conditions and policies, including, but not limited to, the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. Jus Bee will also use your Personal Information to provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes. If you are a registered user of the Jus Bee Platform and have supplied your email address, Jus Bee may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with the Jus Bee Platform and our products and services. You have the right to unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Jus Bee takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
    • To enable transactions – To the extent that you upload Personal Information or execute any documentation via the Platform (or any other means enabled by Jus Bee) in connection with any transaction that you enter into, we may share your Personal Information and such documentation with relevant service providers to enable such transactions, and which sharing would be communicated to you, through relevant messages on the Platform and/or through any other medium, including, but not limited to, emails, phone calls, or text messages from us.
    • To improve our services – Jus Bee understands that the needs of the Users constantly change to adapt to dynamic realities. In order to gain meaningful insights into your needs and preferences, Jus Bee may use Personal Information provided by you at the time of signing up and otherwise from time to time during your participation with us with the aim of constantly bettering our services.

Information that may be shared with third parties
Your right to privacy, and the confidentiality of your Personal Information, are of paramount importance to us. Any information provided by you will not be shared with any third party, except for the intended purpose for which such information is provided by you, in which case your consent would be implied.
To the extent that you upload Personal Information or execute documentation via the Platform (or any other means enabled by Jus Bee) in connection with any transaction that you enter into, we may share your Personal Information and such documentation to enable such transaction, and which sharing would be communicated to you, through relevant messages on the Platform and/or through any other medium, including, but not limited to, emails, phone calls, or text messages from us.
For your privacy, Jus Bee creates an encrypted ID for each logged-in user. Jus Bee shares only this encrypted ID with the third party software that Jus Bee employs for user analytics and feedback. For user analytics, we employ Google Analytics and Bing and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google’s Browser Opt-Out Add-On.

We use Google analytics software to help us analyse usage behaviour on our Platform. For this purpose, Google Analytics system tracks certain information based on browser data and visitor activity.

For visitors from EU/EEA, we do not use Google Analytics unless we seek your consent and the consent is explicitly granted by you.
We do not however rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with other persons for their direct marketing purposes.

  1. Minors
    Jus Bee does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from minors i.e. persons below the age of 18. If a minor provides us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian may contact us by emailing us at _. We will remove the information and unsubscribe the minor from any of our electronic marketing lists. Where required by applicable law, we may ask minors for consent from their parents or guardians before we provide any sort of service to them.
  2. Retention
    Jus Bee will not retain any data or information for longer than is required for the purpose for which such data or information was collected or may lawfully be used or is otherwise required under any other law for the time being in force.
  3. Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
    In order to protect against the loss, unauthorized access, misuse or alteration of the information entrusted to, shared with, or disseminated by us, we take generally accepted and industry standard security measures, both during the transmission and storage of such information. The information is kept in Google’s cloud data centers which are secured through Google’s own robust security.
    All sensitive information such as User passwords are encrypted when stored on our servers.
    We are committed to keeping your information secure and using it appropriately. We have adopted this Privacy Policy to ensure that your Personal Information is handled safely and responsibly, and we will strive to unfailingly:
    • Respect your trust and the confidential nature of the Personal Information you provide through your relationship with us;
    • Limit the collection and use of your Personal Information to that which we believe is necessary to serve you, administer our business or tell you about our services;
    • Restrict employee access to your Personal Information to those members of our team who need access to such information in order to provide you with services related to the transactions you are entering into through the Website. Some of these employees may be located outside of your home country; by using Jus Bee’s Platform, you consent to the transfer of such information to them;
    • Continually educate the members of our team to constantly reinforce the importance of confidentiality and client privacy;
    • Maintain appropriate physical, electronic and procedural safeguards and controls, including encryption technologies, designed to protect your Personal Information, in line with industry standards and practices; and

    We have invested our resources in the use of software, systems and procedures aimed at offering you a safe and secure transaction environment and protecting your Personal Information. We plan to constantly review, refine and upgrade our security technology as new tools become available.
    However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. In unforeseen circumstances of technical failures or malfunctions, we will not be responsible to any user for any damage or loss resulting from it. We are not responsible for third-party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on the Platform. In such cases we cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your Personal Information, and we cannot ensure that information you share on the Platform will not become publicly available, unless such breach of security has been caused as a direct result of our gross negligence or wilful default. Your user identification and password are personal to you and should not be made available to any other person. We do not store or exercise any control over your user identification and password details, and bear no responsibility for the safekeeping of the same.

    For non-EU/EEA visitors, Jus Bee uses cookies to help Jus Bee identify and track visitors, their usage of Jus Bee’s Platform, and their access preferences.

We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Platform.

Update and access to your information

However, we would like to emphasize that we are just as committed to protecting the privacy of former Users as we are of current Users. If you choose to become an inactive User, your Personal Information will continue to be protected by the privacy policies and principles described in the version of this Privacy Policy in force and effect at the time.
We may change this policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this policy, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. You agree that your continued use of services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of such revised policy.
